Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, add your chosen items to cart, and check out directly on this website. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayNow and other payment options available at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Since orders are handcrafted and prepared quickly, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at sales@aromasense.store. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before it enters production.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our Singapore warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Singapore only. Stay tuned as we work on expanding delivery to more locations.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its progress right to your door.

Fragrance & Ingredients

Can I try a scent before committing to a full bottle?

Yes — not sure about a scent? We offer 6mL perfume samples at a reasonable price so you can test the fragrance on your own skin before investing in the full 100mL bottle. It's the easiest way to shop with confidence, especially online.

How long will my fragrance last on skin?

Every Aroma Sense perfume is crafted at 30% oil concentration — closer to a true parfum than a standard EDP — giving you 8 to 12+ hours of wear from a single application.

What does "Inspired By" mean on your collections?

Our Inspired By collections are original Aroma Sense fragrances crafted to evoke the character and mood of iconic designer scents, at a fraction of the price. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by the original design houses named. The same applies to our hotel-inspired reed diffusers and essential oils (Shangri-La, Hilton, Westin and similar names) — these describe scent character only.

How do I choose the right scent for me?

Browse by category — For Him, For Her, or Unisex — or shop by the designer house that inspired your favorite scent. Still unsure? Order a 6mL sample first, or visit our Find Your Fragrance guide.

I have sensitive skin or allergies — is this safe for me?

We recommend a patch test on a small area of skin before full application. If you have known fragrance allergies or sensitive skin, please consult your dermatologist before use.

Hair & Body Care

Are your hair care products suitable for colour-treated hair?

Yes — the Cab's Professional Argan Oil range (shampoo, conditioner, mask, serum and spray) is formulated to nourish rather than strip colour, and is safe for colour-treated and chemically processed hair.

Is the shampoo sulfate-free?

The shampoo contains gentle sulfates for an effective cleanse, balanced with argan oil so it's less stripping than harsher formulas. If you'd like a fully sulfate-free option, our Hair Mask and Hair Serum are both formulated without them.

Are your carrier oils and essential oils safe for direct skin use?

Our carrier oils are formulated for direct topical use on face, hair and body. Pure essential oils are concentrated and intended for aromatherapy diffusion only — always dilute in a carrier oil before any skin application.
